This education and outreach programme will facilitate the engagement of Kilkenny children with their own Kilkenny medieval heritage through the detective work done by archaeologists and historians. Using the artefacts on display in the museum, children will be provoked into considering the parallels and differences between their own lives and how their ancestors lived.
