Mark Sargeant’s second offering in Folkestone is a fish-and-chip shop serving locally sourced and sustainable fish, as with his nearby venture Rocksalt.  Reliant on the daily catch, the menu will always feature traditionally battered fish. Other dishes include salt-and-pepper squid, baked lemon & herb sea bream, salmon fish cakes and scampi. The restaurant also offers non-fish alternatives such as cumberland sausage ring and chick pea, sweet potato and spinach curry.

You can choose to take away and enjoy at home or eat in their airy glass fronted dining space adorned with sealife themed steel sculptures.
